Grow at home mushroom block
You can grow your own mushrooms at home on your kitchen counter, table, garden or humidity tent.
Each grow block is a 5 pound block of hardwood and nutrients formulated for the species you choose. All you need to grow your selected species is the specified temperature range and proper humidity control through misting or a self contained humid environment.
When you receive your block, it will be ready to put to fruit. Depending on the species you choose, you cut open a portion of your bag to allow fresh air to exchange. This will trigger the block to begin fruiting mushrooms as you mist the opened area.
Depending on the species, you will have your first flush (crop) of mushrooms in 1-3 weeks. You will be able to fruit your block multiple times (at least 2) before you will need to re-supplement the block with moisture add/or hydration.
Within 2 flushes, you should expect 1-2 pounds of mushrooms with the first flush being the largest.
Species are stocked as available. If you are hoping to grow something not listed, let us know, and we will let you know if it's coming around soon.
